Sale achieved at less than 40% cost of other agents


We interviewed four real estate agents before selling our house in July in 2013. During this assessment we took into account local knowledge, sales and marketing package/strategy, charges and customer service. After considering all our options we choose to use James Kelly Real Estate (formerly Andrew Merton Kellyville) for service, package and pricing.

Our sales manager was James Sotiropoulos who we found to be a no pressure, thorough, organised, extremely friendly and helpful agent.

James managed to sell our house for the price quoted and required within 8 days of starting the marketing. The amazing thing, apart from the service, was that the sale was achieved at less than 40% of the price quoted from the three other real estate agents fees. James also went above and beyond my expectation in service and advice.

I would re-use and recommend James and the James Kelly Real Estate Team, (formerly Andrew Merton Kellyville) to anyone for selling a house without hesitation.
